A green tea base with ginger, lemongrass and licorice root. Here is the whole list.
Most tea marketing tells you what a tea will do for you. This one is going to tell you what is in it, how to brew it so it actually tastes good, and where the honest limits are.
Let's do the limits first
A herbal tea is a pleasant daily habit and a way to drink more water. It is not a weight management product, and we are not going to describe it as one. Anyone selling you a tea on the promise that it will change your body composition is selling you something a tea cannot deliver.
What a good tea can do is replace something worse and give you a reason to sit down for five minutes. Those are real, and they are enough.
What's in it
Green tea
The base of the blend, and where the flavour starts.
Ginger
Warming, and the dominant note once it steeps.
Lemongrass
Citrus lift — it stops the blend tasting heavy.
Licorice root
Naturally sweet, which is why there is no added sugar.
Green tea is the base. Ginger and lemongrass do most of the work on flavour — the ginger warm and slightly sharp, the lemongrass bright over the top. Licorice root is the reason the blend tastes faintly sweet without anything being added to it; that is worth knowing if you are someone who does not like sweet tea.

How to brew it properly
Water just off the boil
Around 80°C. Boiling water scalds green tea and pulls out the bitterness.
Two to three minutes
Green tea turns astringent past about three minutes. Set a timer the first few times.
Don't squeeze the bag or press the leaves
That is where most of the harshness comes from.
Taste before you add anything
The licorice does more than people expect. Most find it does not need honey.
It has a green tea base, so it contains caffeine. Less than coffee, but not none. Caffeine has a half-life of roughly five to six hours, so a late afternoon cup is still partly with you at bedtime. More on that here.

Mid-morning or early afternoon is the easy answer. If you are drinking it to replace a second or third coffee, that is a sensible swap — and if the afternoon slump is what you are trying to solve, the causes are worth reading, because most of them respond better to protein and daylight than to another drink.
If you want the other tea in the range instead, the Immunity Green Tea is the same green tea base with tulsi and turmeric rather than lemongrass and licorice.
Licorice root is a real botanical with real considerations. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or take medication of any kind, check with your doctor before drinking licorice-containing teas daily.
